FrontLines Global Support has features for problem ticket submission and tracking and configurable workflow. When a user asks a question in FrontLines Global Support the question is created as an incident (problem ticket) in the FrontLines database. The incident is assigned to a support team member via your workflow rules and a full audit trail is maintained as the incident is being resolved. Users can view all questions they have asked your company and instantly see the current status. Multiple problem tickets can be specified by the FrontLines Global Support administrator, each with their own custom data fields. A full workflow engine is included to implement your processes for the handling of various incident types.
