FrontLines worked closely with Spectra Watermachines to ensure
their return management solution met their corporate needs. The
interactive and dynamic knowledge handling segment of FrontLines
Returns has proven to very effective in answering the typical
maintenance and usage questions of their clientele.
The Return Management portion of their FrontLines' solution has
centralized RMA information and automated many of the time consuming
tasks performed in the past such sending return instructions and
shipping labels. As well, it has kept clients informed of what
is happening with their returns and they can now see where their
products are currently within the returns process.
